How to Collect Your
Prizes and Awards:
Prizes will be
awarded on the basis of pledges submitted by 2:30pm on Event Day. Incentive prizes are not cumulative.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Incentive prizes must be picked up in person at the Pledge Challenge Area at
the HEATWAVE Event on Event Day between 8:00am and 2:30pm.
To make the top pledge
challenge award, signed Tom Hanks ball, the second top pledge award,
signed Mark Heese and Ahren Cadieux ball and the third top pledge award,
signed Annie Martin and Dana Cooke ball equitable to all the teams the
pledge challenge awards program will close on Tuesday June 24th, 2008 at 5:00pm for
these three awards. Corporations with $2,000+ in pledges will have the
opportunity to have their name and logo on the
HeatwaveEvents.com
website. Corporations
with $1,000+ will receive
SickKids “HEATWAVE” framed
Certificate of Appreciation. And yes individuals that are not associated
with a corporation will receive the same great recognition.
If your team has raised
$1,000+ in pledges please inform us so we can have your “Certificate of
Appreciation” ready to present to you at the event. Email your corporate
logo prior to the event to

in the following format: Adobe Illustrator eps file (vector based preferred) or JPEG
or GIF suitable for quality printing.
